Sports Prize-giving 2015 P1-4

Following on from Sports Day the pupils received the results and awards at a special prize-giving ceremony in the school hall.

Each class proceeded to the stage to a song chosen by a class vote.

Pupils took part in 1 of 3 class races (on Sports Day) and the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners were presented with a medal.

Then the results of the coloured teams' relayed-obstacle race were called and each winning team member was presented with a medal too.

Miss Monahan kept a tally throughout the day, each time a colour team won a race, to find out which group had the most overall success.

Then each pupil received a 'Sports Day 2015' arm-band to award everyone for taking part and trying their best.
