Music meets Language Learning

We are delighted to introduce Shayan, a talented musician and asylum seeker from Syria, who is making a wonderful impact in our school community. Working closely with our EAL teachers, Shayan is helping our newcomer pupils learn English through the power of music. His sessions bring energy, creativity, and joy to language learning, offering children a supportive space to build confidence, develop vocabulary, and connect through rhythm and song. We are incredibly grateful for Shayan’s contribution and the inspiration he brings to our classrooms.
