At Holy Rosary Primary School, we facilitate a Breakfast Club each morning (Monday- Friday).

The Breakfast Club opens at 8.00am and gives the children the opportunity to have a healthy breakfast and socialise with their friends before school.

The Breakfast Club is currently led by Ms Hagan & Ms Begum.

Children should be left at the school office and will walk to the school canteen.

The children will be marked ‘present’ on a Breakfast Club register.

Please ensure your children are booked into Breakfast Club by 4pm on the previous Friday- this is when the bookings portal will close.

Children should arrive at Breakfast Club no later than 8.30am. This ensures the children receive a breakfast and are ready to walk to their classes at 8.45am.

Our After-Schools programme runs Monday to Friday during term-time (except for half-days).

Miss Irvine is our After-Schools Leader and we have a small number of additional staff to ensure the children are enjoying themselves.

After-schools for P1-P3 children runs from 2.00pm-5.00pm.

After-schools for P4-P7 children runs from 3.00pm-5.00pm.

Please ensure your children are booked into After-schools by 4pm on the previous Friday- this is when the bookings portal will close.

Due to child protection, we can’t accept any emergency bookings.

Collection times for children are between 00pm-3.15pm and 4.00pm-5.00pm from the front door.

Please provide your child with a healthy snack for After-schools.

Children should be collected no later than 5.00pm. After-schools staff are only on site until this time.

There will be a late pickup fee applied to those collected after 5.00pm to pay for the extra staffing costs incurred.

Throughout the year there may be opportunities for children to participate in various clubs, through Extended Schools funding.
