Steering Group Meeting: Rights Respecting School,

Today the steering group met with Miss Campbell to discuss Holy Rosary Primary School as a Rights Respecting school. We talked about what makes our school rights respecting. Successes include: fundraising, raising awareness about rights, helping the homeless, learning through all topic work, learning through reading books in class, showing respect and kindness to eachother. We also talked about our hopes for the future. The children hope to implement Paths Playground Pals, help older people in the wider community and make links with school councils in other schools.
