P7 DREAM DAY

❤️💙💜💛💚🖤WE CELEBRATED OUR DREAM DAY TODAY! ❤️💙💛💚🖤

We had a STEM CHALLENGE- the 'spaghetti and marshmallows' challenge. 

We we worked in groups within a time limit of 30 minutes to design and build a structure from only dried spaghetti and marshmallows! 

After break Mr McVeigh hosted an art workshop; watercolour paintings of the Eiffel Tower. Miss Hyland hosted a K'nex challenge for bridge-building and Miss Murray hosted a Minecraft construction workshop.

All of these activities are part of our plans for connecting learning to our topic; 'Bridges'.

This afternoon we all relaxed with a party 🍰🍭🍿🍫 and a movie in class.🎞🎥
