Outright November 2021

Back in November, P5 took part in Outright lessons in PDMU. Over the course of a few lessons we:

• Discussed mental well-being and what it is.
• Talked about the traffic light system for processing our emotions.
• A fun activity where we talked about how a healthy mind and body feels.
• Designed a well-being wheel that included emotions complete with emojis to describe how we might feel over the course of a day.
