Maths Week

We celebrated Maths Week in our school.  As a school we all investigated the number 50.  Each year group had to complete a problem solving task involving the number 50.   During our assemblies we got to share our work.  We had lots of fun working with the number 50.

P1 - investigated the shape of the number

P2 - investigated sorting 50 Smarties

P3 - investigated number bonds

P4 - investigated number questions with answer 50

P5 - investigated what we can you do in 50 seconds 

P6 - investigated fractions of 50 Smarties

P7 - investigated what can you buy with £50 

Wow what a busy week!! Well done to all the whole school. Congratulations to all the children who received a Maths Award - Well Done!!
