Healthy Eating Week

This week was 'Healthy Eating Week' which was being promoted by the Food:A Fact of Life organisation. 

Staff in the canteen distributed charts for children to record their daily food intake.

Each day there was also a challenge to work on:

*Monday: Eat breakfast

*Tuesday: Eat 5 a day

*Wednesday: Drink plenty

*Thursday: Get Active

*Friday: Try something new

The pupils of Holy Rosary had no trouble meeting, and exceeding, these challenges and are proud to be a HEALTHY EATING SCHOOL!
